Each dress has a refundable deposit, shown on its page and added at checkout. It keeps the dress safe for the next bride, and it comes back to you.
When you get your deposit back
We check the dress within [2 working days] of its return and refund the deposit to the same payment method.
What counts as normal wear
- Light make-up or henna marks that clean out
- Dust on the hem
- A loose thread or a popped hook
These are part of a wedding day. We take care of them at no cost.
Late returns
Another bride may be waiting for the dress. Late returns are charged at [LKR X] per extra day, taken from the deposit. If you need longer, ask us before your event and we will check the calendar.
Damage
If a dress needs repair beyond normal cleaning, we show you what happened and take the repair cost from the deposit. We never keep more than the repair costs.
