Has the dress been worn before?
Yes, that is what makes it affordable. Between every wear it is professionally dry-cleaned, steamed, checked and sealed in its own garment bag, so you are the first to open it.
Can I try it on before I book?
Yes. Book a private, women-only fitting and try as many pieces as you like.
Can the dress be altered?
Small adjustments are included: hems, straps and fastenings. We do not cut or permanently change a rental dress.
How far ahead can I book?
You can reserve online for any free date shown on the dress page. For anything sooner than the calendar allows, message us on WhatsApp.

Stitching
How long does stitching take?
Usually [X] weeks from measurements. Tell us your wedding date early and we will plan around it.
Do you need to see the bride’s dress?
A photo or the colour palette is enough. We match the bridal party to it.
Wedding cards
Will I see the card before it is printed?
Always. We send a proof on WhatsApp and nothing is printed or charged until you approve it.
Can the card be in Tamil?
Yes: English, Tamil, or both on one card, with Arabic verses in calligraphy if you like.

Can you add my baby’s name?
Yes, on any sheet, pillow or quilt. Add the name on the product page.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Choose gift wrap with a message card on the product page, or buy a gift voucher so the parents can choose.
