Every dress is one of a kind and held only for you. Here is how a rental works, from choosing to sending it back.
1. Choose your dress and your date
Pick a dress and enter your event date. If the dress is free, reserve it online with the rental fee and a refundable deposit. From that moment nobody else can book it for your date.
We hold the dress for you from 2 days before your event, when you collect it, until 2 days after, when it comes back to us.
2. Private fitting
Come for a women-only fitting by appointment. Small adjustments, like hems, straps and fastenings, are included so the dress feels like yours.
3. Collect it, fresh-sealed
Your dress is dry-cleaned, steamed, checked stitch by stitch and sealed in its own garment bag. You are the first to open it.
4. Send it back
Return the dress in its garment bag by the return date. There is no need to wash it: we clean every piece ourselves. Once we have checked it, your deposit is refunded.
